For the last decade , Richard Ellis has been entertaining people throughout England, Wales and beyond, with caricatures at almost every type of event, from wedding receptions, cruises, trade shows and product launches to university balls and private parties.

His list of clients includes BT, Vodafone, the Army, Royal Air Force, Volvo, Dell, P&O Cruises, Jaguar, BP, Capgemini, Shell, RBS, KPMG, Selfridges, Barclays Bank and many other household names.

Recent live celebrity 'victims' include Phil Tufnell (he couldn't get out of it), Nicholas Parsons (it took just over a minute), Linda Lusardi (he managed to concentrate on the face) and McFly (all at once!).

Don't worry, he aims to be funny rather than cruel, and remember that children love caricatures, especially of their parents!

HOW IT WORKS - CARICATURES AT YOUR EVENT

Richard Ellis is based in Birmingham, and so is easily able to draw caricatures at events in the Midlands and London, and throughout England and Wales. He also has experience of working in Europe and the United States.

A typical booking lasts for three hours. He can mingle with guests at dinner or drinks, or can be set up in one part of the venue and have people come up to him to be drawn. He doesn't charge for individual sketches, and is happy to present the completed drawings in clear display sleeves, to prevent damage - after all, they will be souvenirs of the occasion for years to come!

He is easily accommodated at events, as he needs little space, comes 'self-contained', has no need of any electrical supply and arrives ready to start work straight away. But please note that he does need some light to work by!
