Gyp is a seasoned professional singer, dancer and performer who has the ability to magically transform herself visually and vocally into the amazing Amy Winehouse. Gyp and the band chose to portray Amy at her most glamorous, entertaining and talented best. No drunken performances here!

The band was launched in 2008 in London’s West End at the Jermyn Street Theatre and was immediately picked to co-headline the Basildon Festival with the Bootleg Beatles where they played to 25,000 people.This was followed by a similar figure supporting Jason Donovan at the Dartford Festival. During 2008 the band has travelled to Ireland, Germany, Qatar and Bahrain and performed at many corporate events around the UK including an appearance at Aston Villa FC.

"Back to Black" is the fabulous band behind Gyp as Amy. Together they bring you the "Amy Winehouse Experience", the first class authentic tribute to this great new artiste.

"Back to Black" is made up of some of the most talented musicians available in the UK today so every live performance is excellent. The obvious camaraderie between the band creates a fantastic on-stage presence that engages every audience they play to. Gyp and the band cover all of Amy’s hits plus the best songs from her award winning Frank and Back To Black albums.

Gyp perfectly emulates not only the look and vocals of Amy but as only a handful of elite tribute artistes can do, superbly stays in character with Amy’s talking voice and mannerisms throughout her show

• The Band are available from 5 to 12 piece to suit all occasions and budgets.
• The Band have played at many big events including Theatres and Stadiums both in the UK and abroad.
• Solo Amy with playback also available up to 1hr show.
• Band are fully self contained with PA and Lights. If this is provided by the client the overall fee will be discounted
