Meet The Darlings!

Yorkshire lass Katie trained in Leeds and began treading the boards from a very early age. Katie’s first professional outings were in various Pantomimes for QDOS productions performing alongside stars David Essex, Russ Abbot, Su Pollard and Jim Davidson. This lead Katie to embark on a varied career performing all over the world.

Originally from Coventry, Laura started studying 'Performing Arts' at Coventry University, she then went on to Blackpool and the Flyde College of Arts to study Musical Theatre. Since graduating she has ongoing vocal training at Central Voice Studios by Sarah Wright-Owens and West End Musical Director Stephen Owens.

Nichola trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and ever since leaving college has worked as a professional singer. Her work has taken her to many different countries, including Turkey, Italy & Spain as well as the Uk where she has worked in many prestigious venues including Hotels, Cabaret Venues & Theatres in a variety of different shows.

The D-Day Darlings perform an unforgettable array of the most popular and beautiful music of the wartime era with that magical close harmony sound that takes you right back to the heart of the 1940’s. With a costume change to add that touch of authentic 40’s glamour and a dazzling back drop of original film footage from the era, the show brings the spirit of wartime Britain alive and brings back fond memories for all.
